Volker Hülsmeier is a member of the management board of IVA VALUATION & ADVISORY AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt and partner of Brender & Hülsmeier Wirtschaftsprüfer - Steuerberater - Rechtsanwälte, Frankfurt.

He has comprehensive project experience and has consulted German and international clients of all sizes and sectors regarding the purchase, sale, restructuring and fusion of companies, mainly in connection with company valuation and analysis.

Furthermore, he is a public appointed and sworn expert for company valuation, and a member of the “company valuation” board of examiners and experts of the Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Klaus Bertram is a member of the executive committee of IVA VALUATION & ADVISORY AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt, and managing partner of DELTA Revision GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Mannheim.

He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and has broad experiences in valuation services. He provides expert opinions for court disputes, valuations for statutory requirements and M & A transactions (e. g. Fairness Opinions).

Furthermore, he is a member of the Auditing and Accounting board of the German Institute of German Certified Public Accountants, assistant professor at the University of Pforzheim and author of various articles in professional journals.
